Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for one or more reasons described below, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- The item is damaged or broken.
- The item is not as described (please, take into consideration that a lot of our products are handmade/hand-painted so there can be a slight variation in the patterns.
- The item is completely different from the one you ordered.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the package receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, and labels attached, certificates and passports included.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address you received from us in the email:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- skincare products
- jewelry pierced products i.e. earrings
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they are damaged, not as described, or completely different.
- Make sure to take photos and video of a damaged item and contact us immediately by email, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook, or other means of communication once you unpacked the parcel. This will help us to sort out the issue and start the return process faster.
- We do not accept returns on personalized items (e.g. personalized engraving patterns, notes and hand-painted images on chosen products) unless they are broken or damaged.
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days after receipt.
- We will be happy to offer you the option of store credit in case you do not want the item to be refunded or exchanged. You can use this on any other item in our store including ones on sale and in offers.
