Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pre-ordered customized handmade products made by requests are processed within 7 days after production.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
*Note: Contact us on [email protected] in case you didn’t get a confirmation email from us within 2-3 business days after completing your order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping rates are automatically calculated when you choose the country where the order has to be shipped. Several shipment options with costs and estimated delivery times are offered at the checkout page.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
All shipments are trackable, and you will be sent a tracking code after the order is submitted to be shipped. In case you did not get the tracking code, please contact us by either using the form below or send us an email to [email protected]
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bestwonderstore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bestwonderstore.com always makes sure that your order is properly packed and sent via the safest way to reach you in its perfect condition. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us and fill in a Product Damage Form which we will share with you upon receipt of a Damage Claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos and video of the damaged item, describe the damage and contact us by email as soon as you received the package.
